FAQ
- 1. What exactly is a purging period?
As a product with a high concentration of active ingredients, there may be an purging period where red turns flaky or red. This is a naturally occurring temporary effect that occurs during the adjustment period. However, the product is safe to use.
2. Are there ingredients I should avoid using with this product?
While there are no ingredients you should actively avoid, if you use this product along with those that contain AHA & BHA, you may experience irritation and high stimulation. Please conduct a patch test before use and then manage the usage period and amount according to your skin type.
3. Do I have to wash it off after use?
Yes, as it was created as a wash-off product. As it contains a high concentration of active ingredients, you must wash it off with running water.
4. Can I use it for more than 1-2 minutes?
As it contains a high concentrations of active ingredients, we recommend using it once every 5 days for 1-2 minutes. Please manage the usage amount and time according to your skin type.
5. Do I have to conduct a patch test before use?
Considering the product contains a high concentration of active ingredients, we recommend you conduct a patch test before use. Take a small amount of the product with a q-tip and apply it to the inside of your arm or behind your ear.
6. Can I mix the 21% Red Succinic Acid Cleansing Booster Serum with my cleansing products?
For the effectiveness of the product, we do not recommended mixing it with other cleansing products (balm, oil, gel, foam). Please use after a first cleanse with your usual cleanser. It can be diluted in clean water to wash your face with it.

What makes it work
Four things worth knowing before you add it to your routine.
Actives
Concentrated where it counts
The active sits at a percentage high enough to do something and low enough to stay tolerable on daily use. No filler percentages for the label.
Texture
Absorbs in seconds
A lightweight layer that sinks in without pilling under sunscreen or makeup, so nothing in your routine has to move.
Skin types
Built for mature and sensitive skin
Fragrance free and non-comedogenic. Suitable for dry, combination and reactive skin. Patch test first if your skin is very reactive.
Results
What to expect, honestly
Texture and hydration shift within the first two weeks. Tone and spots take longer, usually eight to twelve weeks of consistent use.
Formulated in Korea
One step, done properly
Skincare works when it is simple enough to repeat. This is one step you will actually keep doing, formulated so it plays well with everything else on your shelf.

How to use it
Four steps. Same every day.
1 4
-
Step 1
Start on clean skin
Cleanse and pat dry. Leaving skin slightly damp helps the next layer spread further.
-
Step 2
Warm it between your fingers
Two or three drops is enough for the whole face. Warming it first makes it absorb faster.
-
Step 3
Press, do not rub
Press into the skin in upward motions. Rubbing drags at the skin and wastes product.
-
Step 4
Seal and protect
Follow with moisturiser. In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum SPF, every day without exception.

What professionals say
-
The formulations are honest. The percentages match what the label claims, and the textures are pleasant enough that people actually finish the bottle, which is most of the battle.

How long until I see results?
Texture and hydration usually shift within two weeks. Tone and dark spots take longer, typically eight to twelve weeks of daily use.

After cleansing and toning, before moisturiser. Thinnest texture first, heaviest last.
Can I use it with retinol or acids?
Yes, but introduce one new active at a time and alternate nights until you know how your skin responds.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
