  • How is it different from the Deep Shot?The key difference is that the Ultra Tune operates at a frequency approximately 20 times higher than the Deep Shot, providing more powerful RF elasticity care without the need for a separate gel. Additionally, while the Deep Shot combines RF and ultrasound waves, recommended for use 2-3 times a week, the UltraTune combines RF and MC technology, making it suitable for daily use.

  • Can I use it daily?Yes, it can be used daily. You can use it 1 to 3 times a day, and for each session, we recommend using it for 5 to 10 minutes. However, since everyone's skin condition is different, please adjust the usage frequency and time according to your skin's needs.

  • Do I need to use a special gel with it?Ultra Tune can be used without a special gel. Just ensure that your basic skincare products have been fully absorbed before using the device.

  • I don't feel any warmth during use, or it feels weak at times.1. Ensure that all six tips are in full contact with the skin. For safety reasons, energy is only delivered when all six tips are touching the skin.
    2. If you move too slowly or stop in one area, even briefly, the device will automatically adjust the energy output for safe use. Please make sure to move the device slowly and continuously without pausing.
