- Q: White residue is forming around the dispenser. A: Due to the high concentration of Niacinamide, a light white powder may appear around the opening when exposed to air. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
- Q: How should I store the product, and what is the shelf life? A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using the product within 12 months after opening. Be sure to close the dropper tightly after each use.

Start on clean skin
Cleanse and pat dry. Leaving skin slightly damp helps the next layer spread further.

Warm it between your fingers
Two or three drops is enough for the whole face. Warming it first makes it absorb faster.

Press, do not rub
Press into the skin in upward motions. Rubbing drags at the skin and wastes product.

Seal and protect
Follow with moisturiser. In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum SPF, every day without exception.
